From the moment you figure out how to play Omaha poker chances are likely that you will become more attracted to the game like I did when I figured it out initially. Though Omaha poker is a bit more complicated in the strategies than the Texas holdem the number of favorable flop percentage is more in Omaha.
You can expect to see better flops in Omaha than in Texas with there being 4 pocket cards to make the 5 card hand. You have the option of using any 2 cards out of the 4 pocket cards to make your hand. That leaves one with more choice of pocket cards than in Texas. It should also be noted that with the flops percentage being quite favorable for you, it is also going to be favorable for the other people. The better the chances are, the more competitive the table is going to be!
Due to high percentage of winning hopes for many players, one must be a pro in making out the odds of the game than the rest of the table to be a consistent or optimized winner. The Omaha table is more addictive than Texas indeed!
